Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd. understands the meaning of family. This is due in part to the fact that our company is owned and operated by three brothers: Bill, Kerry, and Tracy Brandt. And being family oriented is also a direct result of the values their father, Paul Brandt instilled early on in each of his children. The brothers are all involved in the day to day operations of the company, and each has a strong desire to see every person employed at Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd. succeed.
Drivers, dispatchers, maintenance/service and office staff need to work together to make things run smoothly at any trucking company, and here at Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd. every effort is made to be the best at what we do. This includes professionalism in all aspects of our operations, from safety, compliance, reliability, punctuality and efficiency, to flexibility, loyalty and competitive compensation.
Paul Brandt Trucking Ltd. is able to offer consistency and stability to our Professional Drivers and as such, boasts a very low turnover rate. We make every effort to establish a long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with each driver. Our fleet currently consists of 5 drivers with 20+ years service, 8 drivers with 15+ years service, 5 drivers with 10+ years service, and 9 drivers with 5+ years service, so this clearly shows our commitment to driver retention.
Our drivers keep our business moving forward, and we have found here that names are much better than numbers.
